Ingredientes
- 1/2 taza Pulpa de maracuyá Helppo
- 1 taza de leche
- 1/2 taza de azúcar
- 1 huevo
- 1/4 taza almidón de maíz (Maizena)
- 1 und ralladura de limón
- 1/4 mantequilla
- 2 unds por copa de galleta dulce
Procedimiento
Llevar a ebullición la leche y la mitad del azúcar. Batir aparte el huevo con el almidón, la pulpa, la ralladura y el resto del azúcar. Una vez caliente, agregar la leche también caliente sobre la mezcla de huevo y la pulpa, revolviendo para evitar coágulos y volver al fuego hasta hervir. Una vez hierva, revolver constantemente por un minuto más. Sacar del fuego y colar para sacar cualquier grumo del huevo y tapar con papel plástico en contacto y enfriar. Una vez frío, servir en vasitos con migas de galletas, y si se desea con un merengue suizo.
Ingredientes merengue suizo
- 2 claras
- 1/2 taza de azúcar
Procedimiento
Calentar al baño maría las claras y el azúcar hasta que la sintamos tibia y sin cristales de azúcar (45°C máximo). Batir con batidora hasta que se enfríe y esté firme.
